The Small Business Subcommittee is pleased to notify 
the TC that a completed UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset 
package has been formally agreed by this subcommittee 
for recommendation to the TC that this package be 
publicly reviewed and progressed to commiittee draft.

The SBSC is maintaining a list of change requirements
for any editorial work should this be progressed to C.D.
status. Review comments could be added to this list.

It would be of particular benefit to have the package
eventually unpacked at a persistent URL so that it can 
be referenced by both URI's and URL's in trading
agreements and business process specifications and
the like. It should be noted too that this package does
not seek in any way to replace the existing UBL 1.0
schemas but rather to reference specific entities in
those schemas for implementation of a subset of
the whole where appropriate (such as for adoption
by small businesses).
