Executing a fragment.

Hello,

I had an action item to check if setting the .src with a fragment would
do what I was wanting to do..  This is not a complete test, but it would
handle 90% of my needs.  The only case I do not know how to do yet is to

zoom to an arbitrary rectangle.

I did not get the exact results that I expected.  People should try this

in their favorite viewers.
