Groups - DITA 1.1 XSDs (dita_xsd_1.1h.zip) uploaded

There were a couple bugs that were found in the schemas.  One of the errors
is that class attribute value for topichead and topicgroup did not have the
"-d" value identifying mapgroup as a domain.

<xs:attribute ref="class" default="+ map/topicref mapgroup/topichead " />

It should be

<xs:attribute ref="class" default="+ map/topicref mapgroup-d/topichead "
/>

Aslo, the element synnoteref's href attribute definition has its "use"
attribute set to "required" while the DTD does not.  The fix is to remove
the instance of @use from synnoteref content model.
