DITA TC Resolution for Clarification of Charter

Mary, this note is to inform you of the OASIS DITA TC's resolution last
week  to approve a new version of the TC's charter and to request a ballot
for approval.

The resolution is recorded in the minutes of the August 12 meeting, at:

The revised charter document showing changes approved by the TC is
