Hi, Alan.
I'll look at the pull request. I'll also forward to the list my
most recent e-mails about the committee note.

Hi
Kris,
Thanks for your updates and offline coaching. I understand where
the conflict arose btw the committee note plug-in and changes to
the DITA-OT 3.2.1/3.3 PDF2 plug-in.
I've generated a pull request with mods to the committee note
plug-in to better match the new OASIS committee note template.
(Adjusted margins, added header rule, tweaked font sizes and
spacing, removed footer rule). PDF of the LwDITA CN1 is attached
for the TC's inspection. (I realize I did my testing with CN1
instead of CN2. But it's just about formatting/layout).

I take it back. It also failed for me with
DITA-OT 3.2.1. The problem seemed to be with
oasis-cn-topic2fo-shell.xsl, which calls in the specific
stylesheet overrides.
I rebuilt the file using the latest file shipped with DITA-OT
3.2.1. and the plug-in now works with DITA-OT 3.2.1 and DITA-OT
3.3.
The latest code is in GitHub.
