Subject: Re: [dita] Groups - DITA 2.0 specification working draft (PDF) uploaded
Hi Kris, Yes, that's the correct URL. It is important to point to a BCP and not to an RFC. A new RFC can obsolete a previous one and nothing in the previous one says it has been superseded. For example, RFC 5646 replaced RFC 4646. If you look at the old RFC, you can't tell that it has been obsoleted. Fortunately, in the header it mentions a BCP. A BCP points to the latest RFC that covers a relevant subject. BCP 47 currently points to RFC 5646, but previously it pointed to 4646 for a long time. Before that, it used to point to 3066 and others. Regards, Rodolfo -- Rodolfo M.
