Subject: Re: [dita] Straw man charter
Hi, Chet.
I hope you are enjoying your vacation! We won't expect a response until you are back on the 27th.
I took another look at the Charter template and have a couple of questions:
- Are all the fields in section one required?
- We omitted "Business benefits"
- and merged "Scope" and "Deliverables" into one field.
- We thought that section one only applied to proposals for brand new TCs.
- If this is incorrect and we need to include "Identification of similiar work," please let us know.
- Must the fields appear in the order listed in the templates?
I am attaching the Charter template for the benefit of TC members who are reading this e-mail.
As always, many thanks for the work you do for all of the OASIS TCs.
Best,
Kris
