The key thing I did not find out until after I checked out the db2pdf command under RH7.0 (which I am using) is that it hard codes the driver file. When I went and looked at the driver file, I found answers to some of my earlier questions about admonition graphics (they had been turned off). In any case, I am not happy with the way that admon graphics are being inserted and need to play with that some more.
