DOCBOOK-APPS: Cannot get page numbers in TOC for XML w/DSSL

Hi,

I cannot get proper TOC for XML files processed through openjade and
DSSSL stylesheets.
With a complex file I get the TOC OK, but page numbers are "??" in TOF.
With a very simple document without figures, the problem comes to the
TOC...

If I compute the diff between the tex files obtained from XML and SGML
sources, it shows that only one line is suppressed for the "from SGML"
tex....

Any idea?
