Again, you're probably better off with the kludge: <entry namest="c1" nameend="c6"><phrase role="bold">...</phrase></entry> | Also, the only way I found for both <tgroup> elements to have the same | value, was to set pgwide="1" on the <table>. Is there another way? I think there's a PI you can use.
