Thanks for your effort!

Booth suggestions did indeed suppress title rendring for chapters. However the first example replaced my chapter entry in the toc with the entry from the following section leaving a double entry.

The second example left the chapter entry in the toc intact but filled with the content from the next section making it a double section.

Huh, this was more complicated than I thought.
