Subject: <userinput> causes callouts to reset sequence number
All, I am using XML XSL, and xsltproc. When I translate the following xml into html, I get two callouts numbered one. I think I should get a 1 and a 2. Is my thinking flawed? <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8' ?> <!DOCTYPE chapter PUBLIC '-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.2//EN' 'http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd'> <chapter id='Chapter'> <title>Sample Chapter</title> <screen> <prompt>$</prompt><userinput>cp a b<co id='cp-co' linkends='cp'/></userinput> <prompt>$</prompt><userinput>mv a b<co id='mv-co' linkends='mv'/></userinput> </screen> <calloutlist> <callout arearefs='cp-co' id='cp'> <para>This is a copy.</para> </callout> <callout arearefs='mv-co' id='mv'> <para>This is a move.</para> </callout> </calloutlist> </chapter> If I can correct in my thinking, I will enter the bug at sf.net. Thanks. John
