Subject: keeping table rows together on a page
I’ve got table rows that have vertical spans, and I’d like to keep them together on a page. Currently, the rows are being split across pages.
I looked around on this site and found the following message that seemed relevant. It uses <fo:table-row keep-with-next="always"/>. However, it turns out I’m already using this customization and it doesn’t work with FOP 0.93 and DocBook 4.5 XSL 1.73.

Does anyone else have a customization that will keep table rows together on a page with FOP 0.93?
