Subject: Flattened html/docbook.xsl to work in Firefox?
Does anyone have a flattened, single-file docbook.xsl (i.e. without external entity references and includes) that will work when read by Firefox using an xml-stylsheet processing instruction? Firefox's XSLT parser can't cope with external external entities, and some of the relative pathnames in the XSLT files seem to confuse it as well. I made a start at consolidating all the includes but haven't reached an error-free version yet, so if someone has invented this particular wheel already I'd be grateful to know.
