Hi John, Profiling does not apply to processing instructions, as a PI has no attributes to select from. You'd have to create a special element such as an empty para with role="pagebreak" for that. Would the profiling mechanism (http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/Profiling.html) allow me to have my extra page break be inserted only when when I set the condition attribute and profile.condition parameter? I have not read the Profiling chapter yet.
