Subject: Fwd: ETSI CL14_3120: Call for technical expertise to prepare and conduct the 2014 e-Signature Validation remote PlugtestsT event
Hi all, Detlef Hühnlein was so kind to forward the call for expertise (see below). What do you think, should the TC officially state its interest in the verifcation test setup? Greetings, Andreas Von: ETSI Gesendet: Dienstag, 24. Juni 2014 11:24 Betreff: ETSI CL14_3120: Call for technical expertise to prepare and conduct the 2014 e-Signature Validation remote Plugtests event To: ETSI MEMBERS, OBSERVERS AND COUNSELLORS Subject: Call for technical expertise to prepare and conduct the 2014 e-Signature Validation remote Plugtests event Dear Madam, Dear Sir, ETSIs Centre for Testing and Interoperability (CTI) is organizing a remote Interoperability Plugtests event for e-Signature Validation. This event will run remotely from 3 to 21 November 2014. The interoperability testing will allow Member States and third parties on Member States behalf to test their e-Signature validation tools to cross-validate e-Signatures in whatever format these may be (XAdES, PAdES, CAdES, ASiC), relying on Member States' Trusted Lists. The aim of the event is to check the interoperability of e-Signatures and the validation capacities of Member States and Commission and to detect possible issues, which may result in different validation results. ETSI is looking to recruit technical expertise to support and conduct the event. Experts will be required to help with: * the development of interoperability tests for XAdES, PAdES, CAdES, ASiC and their Baseline Profiles, * the technical preparation of the event/portal, * the technical support during the event including answering to participants questions, and * the production of Plugtests technical report. The applicant should have practical experience in working with the XAdES, PAdES, CAdES, ASiC and Trusted List technologies and should be familiar with ETSI remote interoperability testing methodology. Working experience in interoperability testing as well as technical aspects surrounding the organization of interoperability events would be an advantage. Applications should be sent to plugtests@etsi.org no later than 09 July 2014. The subject of the email should be: e-Signature Validation Plugtests 2014 Call for expertise. Yours faithfully, Luis Jorge Romero Saro Director-General
