Doodle poll for ECF Cardinality Discussion

All - It was decided in the last ECF TC call that a separate web meeting should be scheduled to discuss options and come to agreement on a recommended strategy for cardinality in ECF 5. The resulting recommended strategy will be taken back to the TC for consideration and approval.
