Subject: RE: GetCaseList
Although it is rare, the case number is not unique in some jurisdictions. For this reason, we use (and allow for) a separate identity for uniquely identifying a case. Philip Baughman From: legalxml-courtfiling@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:legalxml-courtfiling@lists.oasis-open.org]
On Behalf Of James E Cabral Enrique, Maybe I don’t understand your use case. If you already know the case number, why do you need to use GetCaseList? Can’t you just call GetCase directly? __ From:
legalxml-courtfiling@lists.oasis-open.org <legalxml-courtfiling@lists.oasis-open.org> on behalf of Othon, Enrique <Enrique.Othon@tylertech.com> Sorry about the timing of these questions, I just haven’t had time until just recently to really dig into the messages. I noticed the GetCaseList schema does not have an element for the case number. For a case number search was the intent to use the DocumentIdentification? Or should it have a j:CaseNumberText element? |
