Consider this an EXTREMELY late bug report.  So old in fact that there isnât even a tag for it in https://github.com/NIEM/NIEM-Releases/issues.

 

The Electronic Court Filing 4.01 OASIS Standard is based on NIEM 2.0.  Iâve been updating ECF 5.0 (based on NIEM 4.0), and  trying to backport some of the changes to a new version ECF 4.1.   Since weâre at it, I was asked to consider upgrading from NIEM 2.0 to 2.1 which should be backwardly compatible, right?  Mostly, except somehow j:StatuteOffenseIdentification seems to have been dropped from j:StatuteType in NIEM 2.1.  This gap will probably keep us on NIEM 2.0. â

 

I thought you would want to know.
