ECF TC,

 

In re: #9 Bulk and Batch filing,

 

Jim provided the following feedback regarding the Web Services v4.1 statement: “This version adds support for bulk filings.”

 

This was discussed by the TC primarily as a new feature in ECF 5 and then backported to 4.1. The TC should discuss this to clarify the intent and requirements.

 

It should be noted that this statement (i.e. “This version adds support for bulk filings.” ) also appears within the Introduction for ECF Web Services SIP v2.01 (14-July-2009) which predates ECF5.
