Description
This document provides implementation guidance for the [ECF-v4.1] and
[ECF-WS-SIP-v4.1] specifications. Since the Technical Committee (TC)
anticipates that implementors of the v4.1 specifications will have
previously implemented prior ECF versions, especially the [ECF-v4.01] and
related errata and Web Services SIP specifications. As such, this document
will identify differences between the [ECF-v4.1] and [ECF-WS-SIP-v4.1]
specifications and immediate prior ECF specifications.
