Subject: Handling public comment facility
Andy, thanks for pointing this out. I monitor these lists (albeit not in real time with all ~160) and will see what's wrong with the facility. The underlying TC (LegalXML Integrated Justice TC) is indeed alive and well. However it sounds like something in the plumbing of the *-comment list needs to be fixed. We will address.
