Hi everyone, Erwin, I wish you every success in your new venture, but we will miss you! Hopefully our paths will cross in the future. As far as electing a new co-chair, since there is a chair in place this isn't a problem. Don will ask for nominations. If there is only one candidate put forth, the vote can be by unanimous consent during a quorate call. If there is more than one candidate, one candidate must receive positive votes from more than 50% of the total voting membership (simple majority of a quorate meeting does not meet this bar).
