Just one suggestion to add to Peter's note ... let's use a predictable (and publicly accessible) URI for the document, since Kavi will continually generate new IDs with each upload ... docs.oasis-open.org/office/office-accessibility/(accessibiliy-related docs produced by the SC/TC) I can go ahead and create that directory now if you'd like ... you can check out docs.oasis-open.org/office/ to see what's currently there, or go to docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/ to see how it could be set up with an index page.
