Minutes
The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes from the last
work call.

Action items
lars, check docbook for index
-> no index formatting in docbook

Discussion
index (pp, ff...),
leave attribute as ...-pp and change example to ff and update explaining
text. change example to ff
Lars: now might be the time to fix the attribute name
Michael: its not such a significant glitch as to justify an
incompatible change
Lars: ok...
Michael, I will send out a proposal for changing the example and text.

Password hash values for protected sections
Michael: SHA1 is used today, which has been shown to be broken
refer to XML encr. (W3C) for usable algorithms
Jody: when loading excel and saving odf. we cannot include the excel
hashed password right now in an interoperable way, I would like to
include a reference to the excel hash algorithm. How can we do that
Michael: don't know whether we may reference it directly
Jody: the algorithm is published in the ecma spec
Lars: adding a URI for this in our spec would be the most pargmatic way
of solving this - as long as there is no legal problem in referring to
the ecma documentation
Michael: we should look for guidance from OASIS as how to references the
ecma spec
Patrick. there may be other things in the ecma standard that we might
want to reference, e.g. border specification
MaYue: why would we want to reference it
Rob: we don't want to copy the 4 pages of spec
MaYue. but there are other algorithms which we should allow too
Rob: we need a shared name to refer to a specific algorithm
Michael, to raise it with OASIS
Jody, ask ecma for a URI
Rob, I will try to get a legal opinion as well
Michael, nice to have, but not required to add the actual URI

Language tags
Michael: Eike working on proposal
   current (2) list proposals,
differ on how different styles are used within the list (override vs. ID)
David: most people involved in the discussion are not currently here on
the call, so we should keep the discussion to the list...

Michael: those were all items for which we have proposals
Michael: two updates:
I sent out request for 1.1 standard voting
no feedback as of yet, but I have faith that OASIS is acting on it
Patricj reviewed language improvements for 1.2 which I am currently
integrating into the specification document
I will clean up chapter numbering next according to ISO rules...
