Hi David, did you check http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/List_of_Proposals It does not list all questions or suggestion that have been posted to the mailing list, but at least all proposal together with the date a proposal has been agreed. For proposals that follow our new process you additionally find the dates when proposals have been discussed in the proposal's wiki page.
