Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (OFFICE-3318) ODF 1.2 Part 1 9.9.1General Spreadsheet Change Tracking is misleading
ODF 1.2 Part 1 9.9.1 General Spreadsheet Change Tracking is misleading ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: OFFICE-3318 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3318 Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC Issue Type: Bug Components: Part 1 (Schema), Table Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 5 Environment: This issue applies to earlier versions drafts of ODF and ODF 1.2 Part 1. The wording of this issue is specific to ODF 1.2 CD05 Part 1. Reporter: Dennis Hamilton Section 9.9.1 has the following note: "Note: Change tracking of tables is not supported for text documents." That is misleading. It is true according to the RNG schema that <table:tracked-changes> is only available as an element child of <office:spreadsheet>. However, <office:text> <text:tracked-changes> can definitely track changes made to text in table cells that are decendents of the <office:text> element and also in header-footer content. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
