Subject: How to handle references to updated existing specifications
Hello TC, looking at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-part1.html#property-fo_border I saw the reference: §7.29.3 of [XSL].
On the referred page (https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/box.html#value-def-border-style) there's an info
box with the following: "Note: Several sections of this specification have been updated by other specifications. Please, see "Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) — The Official Definition" in the latest
CSS Snapshot for a list of specifications and the sections they replace. The CSS Working Group is also developing CSS level 2 revision 2 (CSS 2.2)." Do you think that also ODF v1.4 should point to the new definition or not? Which is the proper way to handle these updates?
