Subject: Gap Analysis from W3C
Greetings! The W3C has issued a series of *preliminary* reports describing support for languages on the Web and in ebooks. They share a common abstract (except for the language name): "This document describes and prioritises gaps for the support of (language name) language(s) on the Web and in eBooks. In particular, it is concerned with text layout. It checks that needed features are supported in W3C specifications, in particular HTML and CSS and those relating to digital publications. It also checks whether the features have been implemented in browsers and ereaders. This is a preliminary analysis." Since ODF processors may be used to author web documents and/or ebooks, I mention these reports as one resource out of many on language support.
