Patrick: 4. time calculation - during the public comment
Alfred Hellstern: having trouble dialing in. I'll keep trying
Patrick: Andreas - what is in the standard doesn't make sense -
Patrick: Regina - the second function is rounded up to zero, then minute
function isn't rounded up
Patrick: Andreas - check in libreoffice
Patrick: Regina - need to improve the standard on seconds and minutes
but not in 1.3 but in 1.4
Svante Schubert: Michael: Problem existed already in ODF 1.2 we should
fix it in ODF 1.4
Patrick: Michael and Andreas - need to fix in 1.4 has been around since 1.2
Patrick: Svante - fix in 1.4 - long standing problem
Patrick: respond that we will fix in 1.4 as the standard is wrong and
apps are doing the right thing
Patrick: Alfred - asked about the completeness of the change tracking in
the appendix
Patrick: Francis notes we checked changes against the appendix to make
sure they were all captured
Patrick: Make changes as required, statement to TC Admin on comment and
changes - requesting special majority ballot -
Francis Cave: Agreed.

Patrick: Andreas thinks the intention is to allow Bessel functions that
return negative values -
Patrick: Regina - need to close 4006 and keep 4005 - and apply to other
Bessel functions
Patrick: Regina - revise to reflect the treatment of Bessel functions in
gnumeric
Patrick: Andreas - want to allow BessellJ without extensions - even when
other implementors return an error -
Francis Cave: It is reasonable for implementations to treat Bessel
functions with N < 0 as an error, but it is also reasonable for some
implementations (those that implement extensions to Bessel functions) to
not treat such functions as an error.
Francis Cave: treat = evaluate
Patrick: Bessel - standard doesn't define them. - Andreas - says it
does, but maybe not -
