The TC affirms that changes have been made since the last public review. The changes made are documented in https://github.com/oasis-tcs/odf-tc/pull/30 . The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). 5. FTI - Disposition of comment statement of comment received during public review. The ODF TC received one comment during the public review for OpenDocument-v1.3 cs03 Mike Kaganski submitted a comment on time calculations in ODF 1.3, https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office-comment/202009/msg00001.html, the TC acknowledged that comment, https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office-comment/202009/msg00002.html, and created OFFICE-4094 to track that issue. On October 5, 2020, the TC discussed the comment by Mike Kaganski, https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/202010/msg00012.html, and set the issue, which has existed since ODF 1.2 and no implementer could implement the solution given by ODF 1.2, set the issue to ODF 1.4. "New Issues" Regina forwarded this link to the mailing list that captures all issues marked "new," that is the TC needs to accept, close or otherwise dispose of them.
