Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-3843) [text] additional text-properties for extra border attributes

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-3843?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=78890#comment-78890 ]

Regina Henschel commented on OFFICE-3843:
-----------------------------------------

I have started to collect all the needed text changes. We need a section to describe how a box on a text range is built. I have shifted <style:text-properties> one level up and then split it in a subsection for the current content and a section for the mentioned description. But perhaps someone has a better idea.

The attached file is a first draft. Red parts are only comments and do not belong to the proposed text. I suggest you read it and sent me your questions, remarks and concerns.

I took the term "effective box properties" from Michael's comment. Do we need to define the term? If yes, any suggestion? CSS has such definitions in https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/cascade.html
