I have tested the following applications with a presentation that has shapes in order (angle,radius) and in order (radius,angle):

Google Presentation (https://docs.google.com/presentation)
The shapes are double as high as they should be.
Non of the shapes has handles at all.
In the downloaded version handle and related equations do no longer exist.
(The downloaded version lists "LibreOfficeDev/6.0.52" in meta:generator) 

Scribus 1.5.4
All shapes have correct size.
Non of the shapes has handles.
Scribus does not provide export to odp-format.

Zoho (https://www.zoho.com/show/)
All shape are totally wrongly rendered.
Non of the shapes has handles.
In the downloaded version handle and related equations do no longer exist.
(The downloaded version lists "LibreOffice/4.3.5.2" in meta:generator)
