Apologies, I forgot to mention Daylight Savings time went into effect yesterday in the US - Missing 3 people already, cancelling in favor of next week

Greetings!

My bad, I forgot to mention the US went on Daylight Savings Time 
yesterday! So I waited for 5 minutes on the call, then exited.

We are going to miss Francis, Alfred, and Andreas, already so let's 
cancel today's meeting in hopes of better attendance next week, 20 March 
2023.

Thanks to Regina for the new draft on writing direction!
