Can you confirm that the following is an accurate description of the value?
section: family name of styles for sections.
If so, I will add this to the working draft of ODF 1.4 Part 3 Schema, on the assumption that this is an editorial issue, not a technical issue.
I am out of the office between 25 and 30 May, so must give my apologies for missing the ODF TC meeting on 28 May.

Problem
For the attribute style:family there is a value 'section' in our RelaxNG grammar, see ODF 1.3:

but in the style:family listing of ODF 1.3 there is no such @Style:family
