Editor changes of specification

Dear members,

I would suggest a reference for editor changes on the GitHub issues we have created and avoid too much noise in the specification.

Still we might have a chapter thatÂgives a high level overview and references to these issues. No reason to spend effort duplicating data.

Let's discuss this please the week after, when I am attending again.
