1. Dial-In, Roll Call, Determination of Quorum and Voting Rights

[18:17]ÂSvante Schubert: In 1582 switched from Julian Calendar to Gregorian Calendar.
The calendar was adopted: 5  14 October the ten days that never existed
Our new ODF 1.4 function EASTERSUNDAY( [ Integer Year ] ) will not work with the same algorithm for 1582 as afterwards.

6. OFFICE-4094: Redefinition of SECOND function in regard to rounding

The proposal is that the TRUNCATE parameter would default to TRUE, which is the current expected (ODF 1.3) behaviour. But MS Excel currently rounds, i.e. behaves as if the TRUNCATE parameter is set to FALSE.
To support the proposed change, MS Excel would need to explicitly write out TRUNCATE = FALSE

[18:55]ÂSvante Schubert: She found some issues, after following the algorithm described at 4.11.7.7 (part 4) "manually"

[18:58]ÂRegina Henschel: 2) Ordering of date1 and date2 is missing
[18:58]ÂRegina Henschel: 3) Wrong condition in step 8.
