I suggest two minor updates to the agenda.

1) The issue of Alfred seems to be in fact three issues that might be a single one!Â

We might swap our issues, Alfred, if you like? I like it as I also stumbled over this definition problem in the past.

Therefore, as the query #6 was without content, theÂthree are now part of #6Â

6. Working down the query

Question: Possible to combine them to one - mark two duplicate - and set to OFFICE-LATER?

2) After combining these issues the bug query is empty and I have added a new query for Improvement as point #10:

10. TC members are invited to pick an additional issue from our next working list (switch to IMPROVEMENT)
