6. OFFICE-4153 - ODF password-based package encryption enhancements

Responses from MS on the proposal, presentation by Michael, take up at 
next meeting.

7. OFFICE-4090: style:use-window-font-color missing a definition of 
"window foreground color" (Presenter: Svante & Michael)

Accessibility issue, Regina will submit note for consideration at next 
meeting.
