The TC started in December 2003 to develop common object models and Âschemas for production planning and scheduling software at both the enterprise and the shop floor levels.
The TC approved and published PPS (Production Planning and Scheduling) Version 1.0 Committee Specification 01 in April 2008.
As is standard OASIS policy, the archives of the Technical Committee will remain publicly visible on TC's web site at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/pps/.
The TC email list will be closed but the archive will remain available at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/pps/. The comments email will remain open and will be accessible at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/pps-comment/.
