Subject: RE: [provision] Latest Draft Use Cases
My apologies, the dates should have read 5/28 and 5/30 (well it was late last night ;).
In general it’s not usual to vote on a UC’s document. It remains a working draft throughout the life of the specification process and really only becomes “fixed” when we all choose to ratify/recommend the complete specification. My suggested date was a “soft line” intended to say – “time to move on to the next step”. In summary:
Comments in by 5/28 Update draft by 5/30 Publish on external site 6/1 Start next stage of process 6/2
I don’t believe we need to vote on the above. If anyone disagrees say so and we will.

Darran,
I thought we agreed for a final vote (with group comments, changes, and issues included) 14 days after the final draft. I think 7 days from today is sufficient for the group to provide the comments, critiques required to get a final draft out for a vote. The date of delivery of a final draft of use cases was discussed to be May 28th. The Use Cases have had an extensive time for review so I am suggesting June 28th is way too far.
