OK, although I'm not keen to delay the
PRD, I will put this on the agenda for the next call 9th July, and aim
to have the package ready asap after that. In the meantime I'll proceed
with the PRD packages for the JMS and JCA bindings.

I am dubious as well about making this change to an
already-voted
CD and PRD, even if the change is editorial. As the change affects
substantive text and not just formatting or front matter, I would
think we need another TC vote to accept the updated document as
CD03 and the PRD.
