Hi Everyone,
I see this as a validation issue. I think the approach we’ve taken though out SDO is that there are certain constraints on reasonable behavior that we expect our users to follow. If they go beyond these limits, then they get non-standard behavior…we
allow our implementations to decide where they are going to fit in the robustness-correctness spectrum. I’d be in favor of resolving this as Frank originally proposed (except that the section is now 4.1.6).
