This would mean one more call to vote on
a motion to close the TC.
A Full Majority Vote requires that more
that 50% of all voting members (present or not) vote in favor of the motion.
If a motion to close the TC passes,
I believe the final order of business of the call would be to approve the
minutes of the final meeting.

for closing a TC
Hello All,
The following are the mechanisms for closing a TC:
1. A
TC may be closed by Full Majority Vote of the TC
2. By
Resolution of the OASIS Board of Directors
3. Or
by the OASIS TC Administrator.
Jeff Mischinksy has recommended to me that we follow the
first option, as the other two normally come into play when a spec group
goes AWOL.
