Subject: misnamed service in Metadata spec

The following appears to be errata.  Lines 793--794 of the SAML V2.0
Metadata spec says

"The following schema fragment defines the
<AttributeRequestingService> element and its
AttributeRequestingServiceType complex type"

whereas I believe it should say

"The following schema fragment defines the <AttributeConsumingService>
element and its
AttributeConsumingServiceType complex type"

Evidently the name changed somewhere along the way.
