Tim, Steven, The "prior art" on price qualifier (contract, list, quote, etc.) spans the quote, order, and invoicing transactions. In ANSI EDI, it is contained in element 639, which appears in the 843, 850, and 810 transactions (quote, order invoice, respectively) and I presume other ANSI change transactions. In Edifact, it shows up as data element 5387. The codelist (or at least a codelist) for data element 5387 is at the link below. The Edifact codelist appears similar to the ANSI codes. So you may wish to extend the UBL 1.0 BasePrice to have this new element. Otherwise i suspect you would have to resort to using something like the LineItem/Note. Perhaps others may have more practical suggestions...
