Subject: RE: [ubl-dev] Code List Value Validation
Ah nuts - so much for direct URL's! Seems you have to go to http://www.xml.gov/presentations/webber/oasiscam.ppt and then chug thru to slides 20 and 24. Sigh... ; -) DW -------- Original Message -------- Subject: RE: [ubl-dev] Code List Value Validation From: "David RR Webber (XML)" <david@drrw.info> Date: Tue, April 11, 2006 8:58 am To: stephen.green@tuxml.co.uk Cc: ubl-dev@lists.oasis-open.org Steve, Beautiful! This slide is attempting to show the moving parts as a picture WRT ebXML solution components. http://www.xml.gov/presentations/webber/371,20,Integrating%20CAM%20into%20eBusiness%20stack while this one shows the generic view with role of registry (n.b. this is very SOA-esque) http://www.xml.gov/presentations/webber/326,24,Integration%20with%20Registry%20Dictionary Cheers, DW -------- Original Message -------- Subject: RE: [ubl-dev] Code List Value Validation From: stephen.green@tuxml.co.uk Date: Mon, April 10, 2006 8:17 pm To: ubl-dev@lists.oasis-open.org Thanks David I think I get it at last - it's as if CAM sits above the ebXML framework - in parallel to CPA and using the registry. It makes sense for things like codelists, especially where there are dependencies on factors which can be regarded as contexts which add extra complexity. All the best Steve
