Agenda for UBL Atlantic Call March 8 2006

Dear all
please note that the Atlantic call will proceed over the next 3 week's 
in Jon's absence with myself and Mike chairing and
running the meeting. We are open to the suggestion for agenda items, 
and in the absence of these we will be running
the calls as NDR work sessions primarily. Note that these are not 
formal meetings and will not count for voting membership.
However, they should be useful work sessions from the point of view of 
NDR and progressing this.

The agenda for tomorrow's call will be:
1. We will be discussing the JTC1 Namespace-based Validation 
Dispatching Language as a proposal for extending UBL.  Ken Holman 
provided us with the information below:
       NVDL is Part 4 of ISO/IEC 19757, which is at FDIS and will
       soon be an ISO/IEC standard; see dsdl.org.
