Academic candidates for UBL Support Page

Hello UBL TC,

Last week we decided to create a new section of the Support Page
titled "UBL-related contributions from academia."  The
publications that inspired this new section were the following:

   A Semantic based Solution for the Interoperability of UBL
   Schemas. Yalin Yarimagan and Asuman Dogac, Middle East
   Technical University

Now we need to consider these items for addition to the new
section (which I haven't actually added to the Support Page yet
pending approval of initial content).  Please review and be ready
to discuss in next week's Pacific and Atlantic TC calls.
