BUSINESS DOCUMENT ENVELOPE TASK GROUP

   Nothing new this week.

plus sample instance(s) and revisions to the Party Roles table, etc.

TM: Will try to have done by Wednesday.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 TSC DELIVERABLES

Status; in particular, revised descriptions and process diagrams,
plus revisions to the Party Roles table, etc.

AS: We have apportioned areas needing attention to members of the TSC.

REVIEW/REWRITE OF THE DATA DICTIONARY

   Nothing new this week.

SGTG DELIVERABLES

Next deliverable will occur in mid-March.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

JB's action items from last week's Pacific call:

Section A.6. Taxation Rules should be moved to section 2. (Another
example of a calculation rule). [A.6 is now A.5]

ACTION: JB to move the sentence in A.5 to a new section 2.1.8.

         Done.

Section 2.2: the text needs to match the overview diagram; e.g.,
replenishment, catalogue and quotations (The structure and titles of
subsequent sections don't match Fig. 1. The diagram needs correcting
anyway, then 2.1 needs to reflect the diagram, then the titles of the
sections that follow need to reflect both. ACTION: TM to revise the
diagram, then the editors to revisit the text.)

ACTION: JB to check to see whether a revision was sent but not
      included.

         Can't find this.

         TM: Will send (again).

Section 2.8.1. "an Invoice defines the financial consequences of a
   business transaction". (Correct the text)

ACTION: JB to add this as the first sentence.

         Done.

Section 2.10. include "An invoice depends on one or more utility
   statements." (Add to the text)

ACTION: JB to put this sentence after the sentence in para 2:

"An invoice may refer to one or more utility statements, and a
utility statement may refer to one or more invoices."

         Done.

Section 2.11. should be titled "Payment Notification" not "Payment".
   (Correct the text)

ACTION: JB to change in the title and text; TM to change in the
      diagram.

Title and text changed; waiting for diagram.

ACTION: JB to see whether he can create this from the old
         version.

ADDITIONAL DOC-RELATED ISSUES

The following items from November were identified as still pending:

3.1.1 Application Response and 3.1.2 Attached Document

For "processes involved" we have "any" -- but Application Response
does not appear in all of the process diagrams, and Attached
Document appears in none of them.

ACTION: TM to create prose for inclusion in the hubdoc.

   3.1.6 Catalogue

QUESTION: what is the difference between "item catalogue" and
"article catalogue"? If they are the same, can we use the same
name (i.e., "item catalogue" or "article catalogue") for both of
      them?

TM: Should be "changes to item specification catalogue"
(catalogue item specification update) and "changes to price
         catalogue" (catalogue pricing update).

            ACTION: JB to revisit this.

FURTHER WORK needs to be done to list and deal with all the cases
where an older doctype has uses in new Sales processes (and
possibly new CPFR, Tendering, or Transportation processes).

AGREED to do this in final editorial review.

   ItemInformationRequest and PerformanceHistory

ACTION: PSC to provide process descriptions for these documents.

   2.19 Party Roles

The table of Party Roles appears to contain no information
regarding the parties and document types involved in the
      Intermodal Transport processes.

         ACTION: TSC to review.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

AGREED to cancel the Pacific call 19|20 March. The Atlantic call
   will be held as usual.

   Week of 2012.03.05 Regular schedule
   Week of 2012.03.12 Regular schedule
Week of 2012.03.19 Pacific CANCELED; Atlantic as usual
   Week of 2012.03.26 Regular schedule
   Week of 2012.04.02 *** CANCELED ***

Note that 26 March will be TM's last Pacific call for a couple of
months (he will be in Europe most of April and May).
